Returns
Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a fragrance for a different scent, please contact us at support@myfragranceus.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
4. Once received, we'll process your refund
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@myfragranceus.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
